You are invited to attend the Annual ISPRN research conference

The first half of the conference will provide the opportunity for project investigators to showcase their research projects.The second half of the day will provide a hands on approach to publication writing.

Cost: The Network will pay for registration costs for all delegates

New Zealand Primary Care Research Colloquium

16-18 September 2016, Whitianga

This meeting is open to all primary care researchers from Australia and New Zealand. All junior and emerging research presenters eligible to win the prestigious Les Toop Award.

Call for Abstracts – deadline 1 July 2016

Abstracts for presentation at this year’s research weekend are now invited.

We are keen to encourage presentation of work at any stage from planning/proposal, through to work in progress and completed studies. Priority will be given to presentations by junior researchers.

  • Oral Presentations
    • Presentation slots will be 20 minutes in total, 10-minute presentation + 10-minute questions, discussion and helpful hints.
  • PeArLS (Personally Arranged Learning Session)
    • Presenter(s) and participants gather to discuss a common problem for 30 minutes. The initial ‘presentation’ should be minimal (5 minutes, 3 slides) and is framed around a challenging question or issue.

 

Abstracts maximum of 200 words. Please include:

  1. Title of presentation
  2. Author(s) and department affiliation
  3. Type of presentation (oral or PeArLS)
  4. Whether your work is clinical or education, and what stage your work is at (planning/proposed, in progress, completed, or other such as theory building or review)
  • Closing date for submission of abstracts 1 July 2016
  • Peer review of submissions and notification 15 July 2016
  • Registration for weekend 22 July 2016
  • Research weekend 16-18 September 2016
