Researchers

The PADHEL research project is being conducted by the following team from the University of Wollongong, Australia:

Associate Professor Dominique Parrish

Dominique has been involved in higher education research initiatives for the past fifteen years and has significant experience in the management, leadership and implementation of educational research projects. She has been involved in numerous research studies exploring emotional intelligence and leadership, particularly in the higher education context.

Associate Professor Michael Jones

Michael has been involved in leadership and Management research for the past fifteen years and has significant experience with qualitative analysis. Michael has published widely in these areas.

Dr Senevi Kiridena

Senevi has participated in a  number of research projects and co-authored publications on leadership. He teaches ‘leadership in projects’.

Dr Joakim Eidenfalk

Joakim has been involved in leadership research through the University of Wollongong’s Global Challenges and in a separate research project regarding political leaders.

Dr Yoke Berry

Yoke switched from research in chemistry to management where until recently she was the project manager for a Bushfire & Natural Hazards CRC grant.

Mr David Rae

David is a former Assistant Commissioner and Director of Human Services in the NSW State Emergency Service. He  has extensive experience in both Government and non-Government organisations. He now works for the University of Wollongong as a HR Business Partner.
