Japanese Language Teachers’ Workshop

Registration is free.

This workshop will focus on two themes relevant to teachers of Japanese language and society:

1) Increased diversity in Japanese society; and
2) Digital Storytelling.

Over a catered lunch participants will have the opportunity to network with presenters and colleagues from regional and interstate institutions.

Dr Carol Hayes (ANU)
Dr Rowena Ward (University of Wollongong)

A limited number of small grants/bursaries are available for rural, interstate and Sydney-based non-tertiary teachers to defray costs of travelling to Wollongong. Grants will be allocated based on an Expression of Interest (EOI).

The EOI should cover: applicant’s name; school type (secondary or primary) and location; and refer to applicant’s interest in the themes (around 100-150 words).
