The Higher Education Academy’s guide to inclusive curriculum design lists key principles and considerations of generic curriculum design. It also has a great resource section for subject-specific considerations. This guide acknowledges the need to adopt a proactive and holistic approach to planning inclusive practices at the design stage to ensure that all students have access to to curriculum based on the ‘principles of equity, collaboration, flexibility and accountability’.
